Editorial: Most of the phrases being thrown around are nonsense. "If you've suffered a personal injury ..." (what other type of injury is there?) "... you can make a no win no fee claim ..." (you're not getting any special treatment, the solicitor will generally make you take out legal insurance so they get paid no matter what the outcome) "... and you'll receive 100% of your compensation" (Again, no special treatment as you are supposed to get this anyway, plus this phrase comes with terms and conditions attached as they will not take on criminal injury cases or other case types where fees would apply. Yep, they are only offering to give you 100% of your compensation in cases where you are due 100% of your compensation anyway). †
